Is anyone else watching New Girl on Fox? I’ll admit, it’s a bit twee at times - that’s Zooey Deschanel for ya - but it’s grown on me. Plus Jake Johnson, who plays Nick, is utterly crush worthy.

I have a degree in creative writing. Some of my favorite films are Amelie, Short Cuts, The Big Lebowski, and Wonder Boys. The list in full gets bigger and bigger. I own exactly 24 cubic feet of books; I know this because I had to pack and haul them recently. I play too many videogames and write too little. I've done a lot - and grown a lot - in the years I've been on my own, and still feel like I'm just getting started.
